Prawn Linguine

This is the perfect quick dinner that will satisfy you in all aspects.


  • 400g dried linguine

  • ¼ cup Van Loveren Pino Grigio

  • 400g uncooked prawns

  • Zest and juice of one lemon

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 red chilies, seeded and finely chopped

  • 3 spring onions, sliced

  • ½ cup cream


  • Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the package.
  • Meanwhile heat the olive oil, garlic and chili in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for 1 minute and then add the prawns, spring onions, lemon zest and Pino Grigio. Cook for 3 minutes until the prawns have turned pink. Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Drain the cooked pasta well and then return it to the large saucepan over a moderate heat. Pour over the prawn mixture and add the parsley.
  • Season to taste.
