This smoothie bowl hit all the right spots. It is creamy the xanthan gum sorts that out for you. It is guild free, keto friendly with only 3.3g net carbs per serving….. I told you win win!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Lean Whey (Biogen) NO SUGAR

  • 1/2 teaspoon Xantham gum

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 225g coconut milk ice blocks (pour a tin coconut milk in a ice tray and freeze)

Directions

  • Blend your ingredients and pour into a bowl. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
