Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp turmeric spice blend

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2 teaspoon of honey

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the milk to a small saucepan.
  • Add the turmeric spice and salt.
  • Add the honey to taste.
  • Whisk until frothy.
  • Enjoy hot or cold.
