Ingredients
1-2 tsp turmeric spice blend
1 cup milk of choice
2 teaspoon of honey
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the milk to a small saucepan.
- Add the turmeric spice and salt.
- Add the honey to taste.
- Whisk until frothy.
- Enjoy hot or cold.
