Chai latte is usually made with black tea, but I prefer a milky latte without the tea. Chai is not only great tasting, it’s also very good for you! You can enjoy it at any time of the day but it’s best had in the morning on an empty stomach to best absorb all the goodness. To make it easier I have already mixed all the spices for you. Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
1-2 tsp chai spice blend
2 teaspoons of honey
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the milk to a small saucepan.
- Add the chai spice and salt.
- Add the honey to taste.
- Whisk until frothy.
- Enjoy hot or cold.
