Ingredients
500ml Almond Milk
4 tablespoons OhMega nutbutter salted caramel almond butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons erythritol
2 – 3 cardamom pods, bruised
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes until nice and thick. Take out the
- cardamom pods and cinnamon stick.
- Pour into ice lollie molds and freeze until firm.
