This breakfast jar is like a cloud in a jar. Make it the night before so that you can enjoy your jar of fluff the next morning

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 1 cup of hot water

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup Frozen mango,

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries,

  • 1 cup frozen banana

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • Mixed nuts & seeds and Double cream Greek yogurt to serve

Directions

  • Start by making your own almond milk – blend the almond butter, hot water and 2 tablespoons of honey. Pour it into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Let it stand for 1 hour. Spoon into 4 cups and refrigerate them overnight. Blend the mango, raspberries, banana and yogurt spoon on top of the chia layer and serve with mixed nuts, seeds and double cream Greek yogurt.
