Chai latte is usually made with black tea, but I prefer a milky latte without the tea. Chai is not only great tasting, it’s also very good for you! You can enjoy it at any time of the day but it’s best had in the morning on an empty stomach to best absorb all the goodness. To make it easier I have already mixed all the spices for you.
