National Heritage day is around the corner. A wonderful time for all South Afrcans to celebrate their cultures. In its essence, the day embraces and celebrates the true meaning of why we call ourselves the Rainbow Nation.
The 24th of September is a day for all South Africans to sit and embrace the beauty and richness of our country. Grilling is a big deal in South Africa.
A whole nation celebrating its heritage by cooking meat over an open flame. For all South Africans, making food over a fire is something that connects us all.
I will be hosting a braai entertainment cooking experience to celebrate Heritage day, the 27th of September 2022. Braai Entertainment is a celebration of how I show you how to make difficult food easy and to entertain effortlessly. The South African Favorite, Braai.
I am going to demonstrate the prepping part as well as cooking the dishes on the fire, and with this cooking experience, we will also host a guest speaker from Usana Farming Estate.
